Why Am I Writing This Blog?
This blog is a compilation of my feelings and thoughts about a variety of topics, with both the East and the West in mind, specifically Pakistan and America. My hope is to raise awareness on both sides about the reality of the other, serving as an eye opener for those who are not lucky enough to have the world view that I have due to my ethnicity and, consequently, my lifestyle. While I am not at all saying that I know everything about Pakistan or America, I know enough of the problems and misconceptions that both hold to be able to point them out in a [hopefully] productive way. Any initial thoughts?

I'm really glad you are doing this. I think it is a great way to spread knowledge on a topic that is often misinterpreted in America. Everyone can benefit from learning about a culture other than their own.
